Zoloft makes anxiety worse. Causes chest pain, shortness of breath and rapid heart beat. All SSRIS cause the same side effects. Xanax works well and causes no side effects

SSRI drugs are very tough to ween off of as well as Xanax that said its very hard be social and feel at ease on Zoloft.

SSRIs can cause permanent damage. Sure their withdrawal doesn't cause seizures.......but it does cause suicide. I WD off lorazepam and it was dark; my brother tried to withdraw off of Zoloft and it was deadly. These were both with doctor assistance. I wouldn't recommend either for longer than a couple months, but I wouldn't recommend zoloft for a couple doses. It's a very new drug with no LONG TERM studies. At least they know the dangers of xanax.

Zoloft caused me to have heart palpitations instead of stopping them. I've taking it in the past without problems. But this time it made feel really weird.

2 days after starting this, experienced dizziness, nausea, and anxiety worsened, along with extreme feelings of hunger and low blood sugar. i can take 1/4 tab of xanax and get relief within an hour and not need it again for several days
SSRIs can cause a fake sense of calm, and alleviate only the symptoms of anxious depression by blunting out your ability to articulate what you are feeling, xanax on the other hand is temporary, does not need many weeks to kick in and is a superb first line defence against anxiety and panic disorder, even though its much notorious for its apparent habit forming tendency.

I chose Zoloft only because I see lawsuit "commericals" over it. Although I hear Xanax is habit forming, I've never heard of a lawsuit over it.

Any SSRI's are bad for you and your brain and liver. Zoloft can cause worse problems down the road.
Can upset stomach and can have serious side effects if mixed with other medicines, including possibly fatal.
I purchased Xanax a while ago from suprapills24.com, and got zoloft from anotherone. I got pain muscle with Zoloft, that i didnt get with XANAX, and overall, i think I had a much more positive experience with it than with zoloft.
