my feelings are not always jovial, yet I still have a level of satisfaction and contentment in my heart
I'm not always laughing and jumping up and down, but I'm usually grateful for the beauty around me.

JOY IS SOMETHING THAT LAST LONGER & SOMETHING TO DO WITH OUR SOUL & NOT BASED ON OUR PRESENT SITUATION.
At the moment of choosing, I looked out the window at the lushness of palms, bushes, grass, and butterflies in our back yard. And what I felt was more than happy (contented), but JOYFUL, wanting to shout to the world my gratitude to be alive!
