I've taste the two and fat free is the better for diabetics.
I drink a non fat yogurt ice cream protein shake, which I also use fat free milk, I sometimes will put in 1/2 of a banana, or 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries.
Personal preference.
Tastes better. However, I don't believe it is. I actually think sugar is worse.
I had this new frozen yogurt which was sugar-free, trust me, it tasted awful! I think I would go with fat free :)
