Have used Google Docs and find it tedious when editing multiple documents. Among other irritations it doesn't show whether emails have been replied to.

24/7 support, clearer structure, proven office suite, also online. Familiarity of most users with the MS office suite. But more expensive and browsersupport limited to IE.
