Bungee jumping is all about the free fall, while skydiving gives you a chance to admire the view at a slower pace after your free fall.
You need to undergo training in order to skydive alone, but anyone can perform a solo bungee jump.
People enjoy bungee jumping both for the experience of the initial free fall and for the rebound. It is a fast and exciting experience.
Bungee jumping involves jumping from a high position while connected to an elastic bungee cord. The jumper falls quickly through the air and is pulled back by the bungee cord, usually springing up and down several times before coming to a rest.

Free falling for longer is better, but the calm when parachuting is also brilliant! Bungee over too soon...

I'm a skydiver, for one. And I am a biologist, so I am fully aware of the effects of bungee jumping on the body. Statistically speaking, skydiving is far safer than most sports. Granted, when something goes wrong it is often tragic, but it is still safer than alot of mundane activities we engage in every day. Simply put, skydiving is amazing. You will never feel more free than when you're suspended a mile above the Earth with nothing around but your own thoughts and the best view imaginable.
