I am allergice ot biaxin and cipro. Augmentin does not bother me...Lucky guess
It was an assumption based on the pediatricians likelihood to prescribe Augmentin first, Biaxin second, and Cipro as a third antibiotic option.
Had all 3, augmentin had least side effects
No side effects and is the only antibiotic that can clear my sinus infections.

Because I broke out in horrible cases of hives when taking the other two! I'm actually using Biaxin right now and my whole body is covered in red welts and bumps that feel like what I would imagine laying in a bed full of angry fire ants must feel like! That's what led me to this article.
