I don't have to PAY for someone to tell me what to eat, I don't have to go in and be weighed by someone else and I have to stick to a healthy menu of foods without being able to cheat and eat junk food that will just clog the arteries.

Too hard to count points, as Adkins is eliminating carbs, which is easier for me. not sure how healthy it is to eat meat all the time.

I like the instructions that are given, the support on the website from Atkins and also others members. Love the meals, everyone so far has been delicious, also like the bars and shakes. The vanilla shake takes away m sweet tooth.

I've done WW a few times and it does work. I like that you get the variety of foods. I just tried Atkins acouple af months ago. I am in a wheelchair mow so I can't get exercise like I use to. However, i did lose about 8 pounds on Atkins so far, but it hasn't been easy. I like that I can have real butter, normal dressings, , etc. I don't really care about sweets. I really miss pizza and pasta and pasta. I don't mind burger without a bun. I just feel like I should have lost more for what I've sacrificed. Plus I can't get enough calories in eating this way which I know can slow down your metabolism. So I'm really confused. Plus I can't get the exercise.

You can have absolutely anything you want to eat, as long as you plan for it and make up for it by eating healthier options at another time.
