Saturated fat is good for you (despite flawed studies to the contrary) and is necessary to your body. Trans fat is not natural and harmful to health.

b/c they lower LDL levels and don't raise HDL levels might even lower them, when saturated fats lower LDL levels but also raise HDL levels which are good for you.
