More reliable , best service
Because I have experience regarding their secure and consisting packaging go goods.
I've gotten all of my shipments EARLIER than expected with UPS. Never really tried FedEx, maybe once, but I'm never switching to it!
cuz fedex sucks ****!
They don't throw my expensive ****
Because this season I have missing packages and tracking just says "pending". I have one package and the last date of info was 12/8 and i still have no idea where my package is or when I will receive it.
Ups is reliable and on time rather than FedEx who are slow and unreliable to its customers
It just seems like they are much faster. One time we got air with FedEx, and it took almost a whole week to come, but in fact, we took air with UPS, and they came one day short with no damage. I've noticed that UPS understands the word "Fragile", while FedEx doesn't.
Size matters
Because they offer better time in service, reliability is outstanding, programing is easy to use, one driver network not multiple. Love these guys
best service hands down! ordered nxda from a small company pkg sat at the company for days until fedex picked it up. so i paid for next day services and got it 3 days later!
They have been in business for many years. Retired from there with 29yrs.
Customer Contact and Customer Satisfaction
UPS delivers on time. FedEx says "2-day delivery", doesn't count the first day and doesn't count weekends so it takes 4 days, not counting the pickup day (5 days).
Good
99 out of 100 ups is all good head to toe quality performance cost tlc on time no excuses...
fedex is 50 out of 100 at best..they just have the same poor quality controls for years now...bad tracking bad pricing worst cust svc...call center mentality really indifferent and un-professional
With ups you will see just one driver handle all your needs while FedEx will use several
Mostly used
It's better.
FedEx is hard to deal with when you have an issue. I had a small damage claim that was denied for insufficient documentation even though I was told someone contact me with further instructions. I guess they hoped I would go away. Well I am--right next door to the UPS store.
Faster delivery and more reliable
Faster
More locations to service me and price effective
UPS will pick up both air and ground packages using the same truck. FedEx you have to process the transactions for air separate from ground and also segregate the physical items to be picked up by 2 separate trucks/drivers.
They have been the most consistent of the two that i have used, plus the package is delivered within an hour of when I normally get deliveries. My area of where i live gets delivered between 4p - 5p by ups.
Fed Ex gets delivered between 9a - 6p.
Because it's UPS
Brown does it all
They are more dependable and serve more areas in the us and abroad
UPS is a more reliable service, better operations, delivery options and customer service.
cooler color
They're faster
UPS.. always fast, reliable and professional delivery service. Fed EX.. slow, cranky and not custoner service friendly.
I like my packages to show up on time.
YA YOU HAS WHATEVER U LIK FOR YO GIRLLLL BRA MY WEKKEENS BE FILLED WITH DAT
Ya IM ON ONE DDOOO TO T FUAKE AND AWESPM THEY GET MY PACKAGE HERE FOR THE WEEEEKKEENDNSS
FedEx is non-union!
The UPS drivers are very courteous. They are really an ornament to a close knit community.
reliability
Because ups is the best. Enough said!
UPS
They are more consistent, more on time, sometimes ahead of schedule. They are easier to communicate with when there is confusion or an error, have consistent drivers for their ground routes, while FedEx does not. When a UPS driver is lost, they call and get directions, and the package is delivered that same day. When Fedex has the same problem, they do not or are not able to communicate as well with the driver and the package is delayed a day or more. When a package is lost or broken, UPS is much better at handling claims.
I have 2 packages out..both coming from same area back east...both shipping to same address..ground delivery. FedX was shipped out 1/30/13 with delivery for 2/4 thru 2/7/13 then changed to 2/11/13 then to 2/12/13. UPS was shipped out 2/5/13 with delivery for 2/11/13. Why the delay changes with FedX? Why should it take so much longer to go the same distance and direction? Weather was not a problem then. Both packages were in Phoenix at the same time but FedX let it sit a day or so. I don't think FedX is really equipped to do
ground deliveries. If I'd had the choice when ordering, I would have taken UPS.
cuz
Great drivers, courteous, professional and quick.
In my experience UPS far exceeds FedEx in on time delivery. I am currently trying to access the FedEx web site and it is down. When I was able to access the site it showed package out for delivery yesterday. There was no delivery yesterday and no indication that delivery attempt would be made today. Site indicates held at FedEx location. If I could access the web site, I would have them hold the package for me to pick up since they can't seem to get the package to me. Never had these problems with Big Brown.
it is better by far!!!!
great
great
fast!!!!!
awesome
UPS Drivers are far superior vs. FedEx. They are more accomodating as well. UPS is also far more reliable vs. FedEx.
More dependable , professional
Because they are more reliable and have hot drivers!
Comparing my drivers for each the UPS driver simply treats my packages with more respect. The FedEx driver just leaves my packages anywhere its insulting as a customer.
Better experience, that's all!
I've found that UPS is much more reliable and has friendlier customer service.
Nice , Quick, No Dammage
Fedex treats their employees like dirt puppets and even though UPS demands a lot from their workers they make sure that they are taken care of after they retire... The way a company takes care of their employees after they have used them up means a lot to me.
Experince over 4 years dealing with both.
Fedex forced me to quit my job after i was assaulted.
jjkj
I enjoy using UPS services because they have more facilities that are withing a few miles of the main branch and cater to their customers accordingly. I feel that Ups needs to implement better options for pick-up and drop-off services for their clientele.
Reliable, friendly and reasonably priced
UPS drivers are more professional. The FedEx ground drivers have held back my delivery because they didn't want to drive out to my rural location until they have enough packages to justify their fuel....no resoluiton for this. Turns out they are not employees-contractors and the FedEx management team can't even do anything about it. terrible service
Ground deliveries are much earlier than FedEx. The FedEx driver covers three times the area and sometime doesn't make it to my business until after I've already closed
BETTER COVERAGE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BROKERAGE DEPARTMENTS ARE DEDICATED , EASE OF TRANSITION
cos dey is gret
UPS is more proffesional.
The are solid and more experienced.
UPS has amazingly fast ground shipment, which is the one I use mostly.
Professional delivery personel.
i am a upser
its a lot faster
we deliver twice as many pkgs as fed-ex per day. our compensation plans for employees are fenominal. Fed-ex has faster service levels especially when it comes to freight
Ups takes care of its employee workers, while FEDEX separates is two main operating companies which is FEDEX/GROUND/HOME DELIVERY. Therefore, the fedex corporation uses these workers as disposable people who end up not getting paid well added with the fact that they receive no health and welfare benefits and retirement. Inturn UPS has better service levels, while FEDEX EXPRESS and FEDEX GROUND/Home Delivery have packages being delivered on 3 different vans and you never know when they will arive.
The Best Company
FedEX apparently provides an estimated delivery date and will hold/delay movement to deliver on that date. They also do not deliver on Saturday's unless you pay extra. UPS delivers on Saturdays, and more often than not delivers earlier than their estimated date.
Had better experience with them.
UPS has good customer service and makes sure they compensate accordingly. I just hate it when they say the package is late due to inclement weather condition...other than that everything else is excellent!
it is a more reliable company.
They been around for more 100 years vs fedex 30 years
Because FedEx always loses your darn packages and their customer service stinks, etc.
FedEx never delivers on time and they never apologize!
UPS has the bet on time NDA delivery rate.
fedex is lazy and slow
please explain why u selected this option
I have worked at both, UPS is better managed.
Better infrastructure and net work to leverage
I chose UPS because they get my packages on time!FedEx is always a week late!
