Bacteria can cause infection and germs may not? Im not absoulutly positive of this but due to that fact that when you wash a cut you are killing bacteria's

Germs tend to spread where as bacteria seems to have a more controlled setting. Bacteria arise because of bad habits (that could also mean germs too), or because of natural events. Bacteria grows where it wants to, while germs spread like wild fire and infect people if not kept at a safe level,

Germs are spread by people. Bacteria is a natural substance. We can't avoid what is natural. We can prevent contracting germs if we wash our hands frequently and avoid situations where people could potentially spread them. ie, sick people, dirty bathrooms where hygiene is not available, etc.
