Germs can be prevented, by keeping areas clean. Bacteria can form anywhere and live on its own. So,germs we can controll and bacteria not easily controlled

Germs are spread by people. Bacteria is a natural substance. We can't avoid what is natural. We can prevent contracting germs if we wash our hands frequently and avoid situations where people could potentially spread them. ie, sick people, dirty bathrooms where hygiene is not available, etc.
