The executive branch executes law: for instance, if an officer says you broke the law or get a report... he turns evidence of the breaking over to the judicial to determine which law if any has been broken to further resolve the matter.

I think that the Judicial branch is more powerful because it checks the Legislative branch. It also has the power to make laws based on prior case laws. The Executive is not that powerful because its appointment is to be checked. To be honest, no branch is more powerful than the other because they all check each other. I have selected this choice because the Judicial Branch is the Supreme Court and the Executive Branch is the President making the Executive Branch more powerful than the Judicial Branch.

The Executive Branch has an overall duty to monitor and ensure that the Judicial Branch is upholding their duties with integrity in every aspect of the law. To take on the role of an Executive Branch Officer is to ensure everyone is held accountable for their actions and in doing so, through the chain of command, ensures our bureaucracy in upholding all who are in positions of power to maintain their individual responsibility and focus on the best interest of the private citizens and all as a whole in the human race. The Executive Branch has the ultimate responsibility in ensuring the safety and well-being for all of us by enforcing its separation of power when the need arises. No other branch has that power to make such an impact in providing the steps needed to ensure the well-being of all and to extend that kind of discretion of authority throughout the land they govern. The Executive Branch has the capacity to make real changes for a better world in which we all live and must continue to focus on striving to breakthrough to the other side where much work needs to be done in order to grow as a nation in the most positive and efficacious of ways. It is the Executive Branch Office that sets the stage for this kind of efficiency and one that should be honored as such by the person or persons elected into such an admirable position.
