Easier to navigate, straightforward and it didn't make me search for items I was interested in. Nordstrom was trying to show marketing saavy with their spring collection but it didn't impress me when I only wanted to look at certain specific items

it's hard to tell the details on the picture if clothes is black on Bloomingdales' website. It's a better work done at Nordstrom's.

Bloomingdales is notorious for sending out emails of sales only to say that a particular item is "no longer available" less than a hour after the advertisement has appeared.

No one can match the professionalism and absolute graciousness of the personnel at Nordstrom. They live and breathe "the customer is always right". No sale can beat that!

I could go on is so desired.

A professional shopper

I like both Bloomingdales and Nordstrom but Nordstrom does have a more variety of selection than Bloomingdales plus Nordstrom does have their Rack openings. Plus Nordstrom has been on the top 100 companies to work for and plus Bloomingdales is a company owned by Macy's INC unlike Nordstrom is a U.S based upscale department store which was founded by John W. Nordstrom.
