Lone court language of the f**rs was Urdu, there is no comparison to Indian MadrasPresidency in this respect. In Madras Presidency the administrative language was English, although the British ruled India they were fair to the locals, they were enterprising and took the welfare of the subjects, they opened educational institutions throughout the Presidency, established MadrasUniversity, the Tamils in the Madras presidency had upper hand over Telugus, and Educational institutions in the presidency were far more concentrated in the Tamill areas, than in Telugu areas
