Aishwayra is beautiful and a great dancer but as an actress have not the charisma and acting skills of Kajol. Just comparing her characters, the most memorables ones are Kajol's roles as Simran (DDLJ), Anjali (KKHH) and Zooni(Fanaa) while Aishwayra have done decent movies, ones that are classics like Hum Dil De Chupke Sanam, Devdas. My problem qith Aish is that samotimes she is just a doll, like in Doom 2, Abela, Action Replay or Robot, her character not go beyond the script. While Kajol even in supporting roles like Ishq or Dil Kya Kare, she still make and impact on you. That why I am a Kajol fun all the way. Like Aishwayra, but Kajol is better in terms of acting skills.

While Aishwayra is very pretty and a great dancer, it is still difficult to get in touch qith the most of her roles. For example, The Aishwayra that I like the most was in Hum Dil De Chupke Sanam, where she was on fire and represented well the character, also in Devdas, Raincoat,Provocated and Guzarish. However She sometimes appears like a barbie doll or princess in movies like Doom 2, Albela, Jeans, Robot, Action Replay. They lack of strong feelings and connection, looks artificial sometimes. That is notorious when you compare Rekha's Guru with Aishwayra's Guru. Well, Kajol is the opposite of Aishwayra in terms of acting. Kajol is natural, fun, loud, at times like in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gham, Pyar to Hona Hi Tha and My name is Khan. BUt she can also be very a devoted wife in Hum Apke Dil Mere Hai, or make doble roles with easy in Dushman, and an ordinary girl in Dilwale Dulhania Le Janyenge. Kajol has an internal charisma that not all the actors have like MAdhuri Dixit, Sridevi, Nutan, Nargis, Meena Kumari, MAdhubala. I personally think that Aiswayra doesn't, she works hard but not have that magic. When I go to watch a film of Aishwayra, I go for music and dance and I nice story line. WHEN I GO FOR A KAJOL FILM, I THINK THE BEST OF THE MOVIE IT MUST BE KAJOL'S PERFORMANCE.
