as it explains, to the warranty there is an extra cost to to the consumer at the time of purchase, & why should a person pay extra to cover the cost of possible faulty parts, where as a guarantee is free to the consumer, and if the item purchased is faulty, the manufacturer replaces the item purchased & the cost is on them, not the consumer
