iPod's UI looks dated -- it reminds me of Windows 3.1. The Zune's UI is **** enough that I actually like using it rather than see it as a necessary evil (unlike the Touch).
The Zune's chassis is fresh and modern. The Touch's chassis reminds me of an old classic car, when things had a lot of white and chrome.
