there is a much much larger variety of bacteria, and many have evolved as parasites; they can survive deep inside other organisms. fungi are a branch of eukaryotes, so they have adapted to much more specific environments. there are lots of parasitic fungi for plants, but there are not many fungi that are parasitic to humans. Also, throughout history, bacterial diseases have directly caused many more deaths.

Bacterial infections are so much harmful for human body.They causes huge disease such as upper respiratory tract infection, LRTI, UTI,ETC
But, fungus can causes skin disease and not so harmful compared to the bacteria.

human body is host to millions of bacteria which are needed for proper function. this is not the case with fungus in terms of an evolutionary symbiotic relationship. fungus are often symbiotic partners to trees and form underground networks to exchange water for nutrients from the tree.

Because the body naturally contains many beneficial bacteria, but as far as I know there are fungi which have a particularly beneficial effects on the human body, and many which are highly toxic.

in the human body bacteria is really helpful. when fungi gets to the moist areas in your body, like your feet you get a bad case of atlets feet. some times bacteria can be harmful, but not as harmful as fungi
