here people of Indian citizens can feel and sense of warm welcome of equality and this is the only reason, helped to concentrate on living and creation of humanity. And i can bet it, cause i migrated in different states throughout India. There are some pros and cons everywhere, but a balanced nature is visible where we are equal and humans reflects more. Ihave north friends also, and they are very good, but due to some of stupid rulers over north india, gave this type of impression, in-fact i am very patriotic, but now i became a bit less devoted to north just because of their stupidity who sticks with hindutva as hindi, or only hindutva, being in a nation of mixed and united. Hoping this will help to understand drawbacks of the most. Same time i am not from any state, but whole India, and politicians must stop stupid ruling, and better to become more educated and wise to treat Indian citizens as equal at-least.!!!

Absolutely South.Most cultured region in India where you find peace, prosperity,ancient traditions are still followed.Should be divided for better prospects.
South indian dishes aren't just composed or sea food or idly/dosa. I don't think continental/italian/chinese means "north indian". Making few changes to the existing non-indian dishes to suit indian palate is no big deal in this internet age. Authentic foods from Andhra: kodi pulusu, bommidailu iguru, bendakaya iguru, gutti vankaya, tomato pappu, munakkaya sambar, aritikaya vepudu, kakarakaya fry, endu chepala pulusu, and I can list at least a 100 more recipes from Andhra itself.
I am not surprised people from "outside" not know any of this and I don't expect them to do either but when someone wants to make "generalize" statements then they must either hold a PhD or at least be an aboriginal. Sorry if it offends but its true.

one thing must be kept in mind.there is no fixed historical evidence of so called barbarian aryans conquering india and defeating dravidians.aryan word has nothing to do with race.it is related to way of living. more over sanskrit which is said to be language of thouse so called barbarian aryans is much more dominated in so called dravidian south india than so called aryan north india.the same can be said regarding vedas and upanishads.more over various ancient hindu holy sites are distributrd all over india without any so called aryan-dravidian distiction.
if we want to feel and observe real and ancient india we have to go south india.in north there is mixture of of varous cultures.but one thing must be kept in mind, this aryan-dravidian differnce is just baseless.its just another divide and rule policy just like that in case of hindu-muslim.

south India has high standard living than north India. The fertility rate in south India is 2.1 where as in north India it is 4 to 5. Lot of south Indians migrate to Malaysia, Gulf, America etc where in North Indians they migrate to south India. south Indians are highly literate than north India.
In recent days, north India is emerging. Its GDP is increasing and it is higher than south India. The cost in north India is cheaper than south India. North India has highest attraction of tourist than south India.
Tamil Nadu is great to live and enjoy. Tamil is the finest classical language in india.other states like karnataka, kerala and andhra are better than north indian states in all cases.
