DD coffee is supreme...I have tried them both and am DD subscriber.DD is much better...does not have the bitter taste.

The taste of DD is quite the treat, not only so but the service at my local DD surpasses the one at the Starbucks across the street, talk about service with a smile!

I use to live near a Starbucks and I got my latte there every morning. This was a Starbucks that had employees that new how to make your coffee and make it right. They also showed they cared to make it right. When I moved I was near a Duncan donuts to where I got my latte there every morning. To my surprise Duncan blowed Starbucks off the map when it came to taste. I found out a problem Starbucks has. They ended up opening a Starbucks where I had moved to. I decided that I would go back and compare them on a daily basis. The problem was is that Starbucks don't have their taste the same everytime. Dunkins has the same taste Everytime you go. I learn that Starbucks really needs to hire people that know how to make the coffee the same everytime. Every single time I was having to make them make it over. Everytime it still never tasted right. You can go from one Starbucks to the other and the same type of latte will taste different. But Dunkin has it the same at every location. They have the taste perfected and that's what has customers coming back. I got so tired of having Starbucks make mine over only to be disappointed that it would never taste as good as one of their more caring employees cared to make it taste. To me Dunkins make sure their employees make it right everytime. I don't think Starbucks care. Because if they did I would not of had to ask them to make it over on a regular basis. You can get two lattes at Dunkin. For the price of one at Starbucks. The coffe is much better and so is the price. Starbucks have put themselves up much higher then they should. When you pay almost six dollars for a latte. You expect it to be great. Not made in a hurry and no care if it's made right or not. I had my latte at Starbucks made so many times with out the shot of coffee put in it!!! Please Starbucks get it together.Bottom line. I want my coffe to taste like coffee,and it to be the same taste everytime. Only Dunkin can. My Grades A+++ to Dunkin. Starbucks an F.
