No additional fees for battery or screen replacements. All accidents are handled equally. In most cases, if SquareTrade can’t repair, then you get a check in the mail. AppleCare used to be excellent for phone support but I bought a new iPhone from Apple last year and was unable to reach a person. When I thought I had, I heard a call termination. Square trade pays for shipping and they are worth it over overpriced with deductibles from AppleCare.
