because i am of the view that leaders shoulf be concerned with people's emotions, thoughts and feelings etc. they should have heart. truths and facts sometimes become harsh.

Leaders need to be able to show facts that back up what they are saying in order for people to want to follow them. Anyone can say how they feel about a certain topic but the important part is about what is true.
