VS has lots of **** stuff, but it kind of gets mixed in too much with the juvenile-oriented Pink line, which I've always found somewhat childish and irritating, even back when I was in their target demographic. It detracts from the **** vibe when half of the store is intended for kids in middle school. Frederick's has a more singular focus on sensuality and feels like it's geared more towards an adults-only market. Also it's generally more affordable.
victoria secret has a demure appeal and is expensive for the pajamas they push. Frederick's is willing to design pieces that have cutouts and binds.

They have some plus sizes for us larger **** women! Victoria's Secret doesn't cater to the larger woman.
