Pyar can be used for anything, person or non-person. It can be used willy-nilly.
Ishq feels like the love between 2 lovers.
Mohabbat is unconditional love. This love can be for person or non-person but should be without any kind of expectation of return. There can be return but no expectation.
"Mujhe kuttese pyar hai" here pyar is appropriate but ishq or mohabbat isn't.
