It has not been confirmed if we've encountered "aliens" in our galaxy. We do not know the boundaries of the universe, and so cannot confirm if "aliens" do or do not exist within the universe. It is probable.

Universe has billions and trillions of galaxies
every thing is in a universe.
Everything is included in the choice of universe & many galaxies give a bigger chance of alien life
cause if they are so technologicy advanced they can go anywhere and it means outside of their galaxy
The Universe being the entire expression of contrasts contains frequencies we are not yet aware of. An idea of multidimensional beings has often been expressed relative to "Alien" beings. Yet we fail to consider how little we know of the "Void" and/or "Nothingness" out of which everything that is, was said by some to have emerged. This means that there are energies and frequencies actively at play within what we call "Nothing." We are so presumptive and ignorant to claim that we know something of nothing that we as a so called intelligent species are completely laughable.
This include all form of matter around us.
