I read and followed Gandhi a lot. It is hard to believe there was a person like him alive.
Gandhi was an eminent freedom activist and always stand for non violence. He is a 100 th person true he never tell lie and always wanted the freedom for our country. He was also sent to jail but there also he was thinking about the independence of India. HE IS A WELL KNOWN PERSON NOT ONLY IN INDIA BUT ALSO IN THE WHOLE WORLD.
I choose this answer because I feel as though Gandhi is more popular. This is because I had never heard of Mandela until last week. Also I think you hear about Gandhi more whether in school or life in general.
