Both Napoleon Bonaparte and Alexander the Great are glorified. Alexander the Great conquered much of the Near East, Egypt and made it as far as India and Afghanistan. Napoleon Bonaparte was defeated in 1815 and defeated in Russia in 1812. I picked Alexander the Great because he conquered more parts of the world than Napolean and succeeded in his aims.
