When avaoilable to compare directly, Nestle tastes like fine, real, hand-made select chocolate where Hershey tastes like maufactured unsophisticated candy bar, rather than a fine, smooth chocolate.

if we are ONLY discussing the chocolate and no other ingredients mixed in, then it is Hershey's. I also like Hershey's Dark. It is when mixing in other ingredients that I like some Nestle options (Butterfinger).

Tasted both milk chocolate bars side by side and preferred the taste of Hershey's. Nestle's chocolate was sweeter and almost tasted fake--like bad Easter candy. Hershey's chocolate, although it was the milk chocolate variety, tasted slightly more like a darker chocolate when compared to Nestle's. This is an interesting thing to me since I don't usually want a dark chocolate.
