Cloud computing is being managed by various service providers. So there is no need to manage by the end user
Cloud computing is independent system, easy to trace and maintain.
Grid computing is a mammoth system, depend on each other.

complete maintenance is done by cloud computing companies.So there no need of manage infrastructure
Because I have used cloud and not grid
