The Census is more useful. It is clearly more accurate. Sampling although is cheaper, and more convenient, it's not better.

I have chosen sampling because although it is from a small part of the population, you can create a fairly accurate representation of the population if the sample size is large enough. Sampling will cost less money and time.

in my point of view sampling is best. in large no of population we cannot use census method. time saving n less costly is best advantage..in large population we can easily use sampling as compare census
