Taylor Swift really is a poor singer with poor voice quality. She sounds like a teenager trying to cope with voice change. Carrie Underwood has a very high quality singing voice with great range and power. She can sing anything.

Do I need to? Taylor has cute Pop songs but without a soundstage, her live performances are not good, she just doesn't have anywhere near the vocals of Carrie. Her popularity is because she has a lot of teeny boppers that adore her and vote/text for her over and over again.
