Everest is tough not because of its access, ascent or route....it's due to its sheer altitude....8850 mts....which makes it dangerous to survive at times for some. On the contrary...K2 and Annapurna are the toughest mountains due to their routes and steep ascent clubbed with the height....Cheers.

I still hope Andrew 'Sandy' irvine is found one day. His climbing partner George Liegh Mallory was found 75 years after they disappeared in 1999 by American Conrad Anker

I am 13, and it has been a lifelong dream for me to climb Mt. Everest. You may think I will change my mind later, but you don't even know how bad I want to climb it. If I live then I will climb K2 and Kanchenjunga, but I don't want to climb them as bad as Everest. If I climb Everest and live, climbiing K2 and Kanchenjunga will not be a neccesity in life for me. But for now, climbing Everest is definite neccesity in life for me.
