Excedrin not only takes away headaches, it also takes most of my pain away from osteoarthritis and other pains. Excedrin was off the market for 2 years and I tried everything under the sun and nothing worked. Everyone should be aware that all drugs work differently on different people. But my choice will forever be Excedrin since you might have saved my life from horrendous pain. And I tell all my friends about it too. And even when I'm tired and feel "broken", here comes Excedrin to save the day.

Excedrin Mirgaine usually helps ease off the beginnings of a headache, however Tylenol is like popping a "Tic-Tac" to me....does very little to ease my pain.
When I have a headache, Tylenol doesn't even dent it & it's not a migraine either! Through the years Excedrin is my go to OTC for everything!!! I think of our internal "makeup" defines successful results between medicines. Excderin is mine.
If I'm out &about and a headache comes, i buy a coca cola. That works! Soo, the caffeine in Excedrin makes sense for me.That works!

Excedrine relives my headache quicker and longer. I tried other pain killers for migraine and they did not work except for Cetamol Plus, which also has caffeine.

Excedrin takes the pain of a migraine away far more faster than ANY product that over-the-counter and some prescriptions. With Tylenol, you have to take a lot of them before you get even the slightest bit of relief.
I have tried Tylenol many times and always end up going back to the store and in the mean time having to wait 4 hours before I can take the excedrin. It seems to target my headache much more so than tylenol on the other hand my children I give them tylenol.

For me, Excedrin PM - no aspiran - works faster and is easier on my stomach then Tylenol.

I've tried both advil and tylenol to relieve headaches, and Excedrin always completely eliminates the headache. The other two may dull it but do not get rid of it completely.
i have used both and excedrin tends to work better in case of a bad headeache,depends on the severity of the headeache.(things that i have noticed excedrin tension and extra strengh have the same ingredient,(marketing or what).

i have been having series of migraines for past few weeks. excedrine migraine works almost everytime within 15-20 mins with one tablet, rarely depending on severity of pain will i need to take another. tried tylenol before never seems to work for me, so recently had a migraine only thing available at hand was an extra strength tyenol, didnt do a thing, didnt even bother to take another, jus went and got the excedrine migraine, pain gone. I wont say tylenol doesnt work, just not for me....
The combination of acetaminophen and aspirin work great...add the caffeine and this is one effective delivery system to combat stubborn headaches.
