It is always better to use electric stove rather than gas because of safety.

because they are safer with children heat up faster and they are not expensive like gas stoves where you have to pay for more gas everytime it runs out which could be up to over 3000 dollars.

Even though I'm easy to pleas, and I like both kind of stoves. If I had a choice I would pick gas. If I didn't well I get what I get and actually don't care.

If the experts (restaurants, chefs) use gas instead of electricity, it stands to reason that gas is the better choice for cooking.
