when i would use clean and clear there was a layer of oil and dirt left my skin prone to peeling neutrogena on the other hand got all the dirt and left my face clean feeling just moisteriser and im good ton go
cuz i like it better duhh
I gave this answer after i read the subject ;also i used a clean & clear formula.
I have an oily skin and i think i must use a Neutrogena.
