Because today women are more independent on what they want their wedding to be. Unlike 100 years ago in traditional white dress and church. Today weddings can be done anywhere.
Women today marry for love, not for necessity. They are better educated. If their husband is not respecting them, putting them first
before all other women, she may divorce him, stay single or marry
someone else. Education has made it possible for a woman to be more
independent. She doesn't have to stay married to man that does not
meet her emotional needs.

because women now if you get married and later on if you feel like you want to divorce you can but you go to court first. and women 100 years you wouldn't divorce and it would be crime to divorce even if you don't like the man.
Because the woman have more freedom and the men don't care unless they get married.

because
100 years ago women didn't have many of the resources available to them that they do today. They are working and making their own money and more of it and are able to provide the finances required for their big day. They have more options than they did back then.
We now don't have to have large traditional weddings we can have weddings that we can make our own but let it still be as beautiful
now a days also some peoples are liking traditional look.and last but not least now a days fashions is updated

the stuff is prettier and we have more money for a more extravagant weding

I really like both women now and 100 years ago. Women now can do what they want to there **** and not have to have **** with just one man, who knows? If you married the guy back then with the small **** and he couldn't hit it right. I mean I would have been pissed. But now you can actually find out who is good in bed, and who has the small **** lol. IF it wasn't for the women that helped us 100 years ago we wouldnt actually have that wonderful blessing.
