That is what my devices require.
Cost less, mostly used and easier to replace with fingers. Do we have a battery system that is constantly charged, never have to replace, then only used when home electrical power goes out?
It is very common in most of my devices and is easy to convert to other devices

I selected AA batteries as my battery of choice because I see potential hard times ahead and they seem to be the most versatile and offer the best buy for the money. I am eliminating electronic devices that use AAA wherever possible but I still need/have some AAA batteries. I will soon purchase adapters to convert AAA to AA and AA to C and D batteries giving me useful options for my AA batteries while eliminating the need to stockpile an excessive number of C and D batteries. Additionally one can find solar AA battery chargers often used to light yards at night at a reasonable price. One could do the same thing using AAA batteries but I find them overpriced for the power they provide and AA for me is the better bargain.
Most of my equipment require AAs.
