Celexa makes me feel all dizzy in the head, just a sickening feel going on in my head. Zoloft worked better for me and I could function, I'm calling my doctor back tomorrow and getting her to change me back to Zoloft.

Celexa had a sedating effect. It made me confused as well as tired to the point I could not function normally. Doctor switched me to zoloft and it has no negative side effects for me so far.

I took celexa and had very bad night terrors, and insomnia....along with sucidial thoughts. I took Zoloft years ago and did fine on it, and I am going to start taking it again, and let you know how it works this time around!

I have taken zoloft in the past and it worked very well. My rheumatologist wanted me to try cymbalta and that also worked well. My insurance no longer pays for the cymbalta so my dr. tried me on the celexa. I hate it. It makes me tired, irritable, mood swings, forgetful. I went back to my dr and he put me back on zoloft, can't wait to feel like myself again!

I've been on celexa for a year and it has the least common side effects and had a short adjustment period for me.
I've not tried zoloft but my dr wants me to switch to zoloft.
So we'll see on a low dose.

I have taken both zoloft and celexa. Celex made me feel amazing but I needed to up my dosage after only a few months, which is why my doctor put me on zoloft. I tried the zoloft for a few months and recently decided I do not like it. It has completley takrn away my **** drive and am irritable. I am going to be going back on the celexa.

I took Zoloft for many years and tried to wean off and went bananas. My digestion shut down and waves of panic consumed me. Dr. put me on celexia and I am fine now. I only take half of a celexia20. Wish I had this med all those years ago and I might not have tried to wean off. Zoloft also gave me restless leg and weight gain. The celexia so far has not affected me that way.

I have tried both and the Zoloft made me crazy. It put me in a cloud. I couldn't concentrate and affected my vision. it did not help my depression.

I am now on Celexa and it is wonderful. I am clear headed, happy, laugh a lot, want to leave the house again and it has not affected my vision.

Celexa makes me feel normal with absolutely no side effects. When switching to Zoloft, It felt like I wasn't taking any med and I felt the same anxiety and panic as I do when off Celexa.

Celexa has worked well for years, but tried Zoloft because of the recent black box warning. I felt stoned, sedated and anxious on Zoloft, which makes sense given the much wider range of uses...

The only side effect is that it makes me tired. It has helped control my anxiety. I am on lowest dose and have not had problem with much anxiety
