concast ha perdido credibiluidad por su mal servicio de internet es lento y para la television tiene muchas paliculas viejas y las repite muchaS VECES. deberian tener mas control de estos programas de peliculas

my Father has Optimum and I have Comcast. For $99 a month, he gets premier channels plus starz and encore added for only 10.00 month which is $5.00 each. He also has internet and phone and pays only $110 per month. Comcast wants $170.00 per month for all of this then charge you extra for Starz or Encore. What a rippoff!

Comcast thinks they can double my monthly fee when we made a 2 year deal without telling me. I'm tired of it switching to optimum. A friend said he's had the same fee for his entire 2 year contract. Do not advise comcast.
I have both, in 2 homes. I like optimum' cable boxes. They are uniform and the same. Comcast sent me 2 different cable boxes for my 2 had tvs. Optimum is better in pricing, and their packages are better.

Optimum's customer service is very understandable and friendly. The services are also very simple to use. While Optimum comes with a modem and router, Comcast uses one device. If I want the modem to be in one room, I can always relocate the router and put it in another room. But speeds are always there, and with Optimum having a 37 MBPS upload, my information is always uploading fast, and surfing internet is ALWAYS swift.
