I love Chipotle, and miss the **** out of it. I live in Germany now, I'm an American Airman, and Chipotle is one of the few things I crave on a annual basis.
Chipotle is the best. Qdoba does not even come close!

Just tastes far better. The chicken is marinated and then grilled; the other place seems to just grill it. Both are good, Chipotle is better.

Chipotle cares more about quality, sustainable ingredients and its employees. The company bought back is stock from McDonald's to ensure it would control its own future. Qdoba is owned by Jack-In-The-Box, whic actually led to an increased focus on food safety in the chain. I am a former Qdoba cook and I very much prefer Chipotle's food.
Higher quality ingredients, more flavor, higher quality meats all results in much, much, much, much more flavorful and better tasting burritos.
I like Chipotle more than Qdoba
