Because I have IRAs and 401Ks in each of these firms and Fidelity always has a slightly better return.

Fidelity and Schwab appear more profit oriented than Vanguard.

Being older, Fidelity has advantage over Schwab in experience and breadth of products and services so beats out Schwab.

not sure I have fidelity and it is not making money but fees are going up just hear swab name more in news also hear vanguard but think more for wealthy people
