I am a 22 year old woman, and I find qvc jewelry is younger, more chic, and far more tasteful than the jewelry carried by hsn. Hsn jewelry looks gaudy and cheap, and when I see it, the style reminds me of what old ladies would wear.
Overall QVC offers higher quality everything. Also the graphics at HSN look less classy than QVC and their hosts and choice of merchandise is decidedly more LA flash than class.

I have been happier with diamomique selections in qvc and the jacqueline kennedy line than other lines at hsn.

QVC has better merchandise in general and they better brands of jewelry as well. Also, when you call HSN they try to upsell you. I've noticed HSN is not nearly as easy to work with and you are right....they just don't add the personal touch during the call. It is more robotic and would you like fries with that?

More practical prices and better quality. They sell real gold and real stones with prices that are fraction in cost sold by hsn which are only custom or fake stones. Hsn must lower their prices since their jewelries are not real although pretty. The models on Qvc are more prettier and gorgeous than the limited models at hsn. Hostesses from qvc are more attractive and gorgeous like Lisa Richardson. Hsn has no gorgeous host but Coleen Lopez who is not as friendly and sincere like Lisa Richardson. Coleen tries hard but she is so artificial!!!
Except for Jay King's mind finds on HSN (gorgeous, high quality and classy!), QVC has a far better offering of higher quality gold and gold "alternatives" that are edgier and more stylish (Italian flare!!) than does HSN. Just sayin'...

QVC seems to offer a better mix of cool, trendy jewelry along with their bold classic looks with a European flare. And more specifically, I have found QVC's gold to be of far better quality and color. The price of jewelry between the two companies is fairly similar but, overall, QVC offers products of higher quality and craftsmanship (their jewelry simply holds up better and looks far better for much longer).

QVC offers more 14K and 18K gold. They also offer more silver jewelry. HSN is more geared towards fashion jewelry.
QVC is the penthouse with quality products. HSN is the cheap-looking, bargain basement with "knock offs"!! Also, HSN bothers you. They flood your "internet" mail and your "snail" mail with offers. QVC has class!!

They have better gems and better designers. They also have a better return policy. Go ask any UPS store, I quit buying from HSN because they make statement about their returns that are untrue. You can spend 15.00 to return a tiny bill foldfold.....

ordered from both... Michael Anthony gold chains are inferior! Sorry nice person but he does not offer 14 KT and his chains look fake.... sent back!
