Many of the cultures and rituals we follow have scientific reasons behind them. Such as usage of turmeric, chanting of Om, saying namaste to elders etch. Which are in Vedas.
Ayurveda can cure many diseases which modern medicine cant.
For example listening to Lalita sahasranamam can bring back patients from coma and other serious problems related to mind and even body
I think the information from the vedas where derived from the gods [lord bramha] representing his 4 heads.Well I am not saying that Modern science is wrong,it is the systematic way .Although, Vedic is more tend towards spiritual.
