I need help. Everyone says that I am not anemic, however my iron is low. I know this and everyone keeps ignoring this fact and saying that there is nothing wrong with me.

due to iron deficiency, out total iron binding capasity is increases. the production of red blood cell will decrease and simultaneously, oxygen supply to our body is also decreases.

there are symtpoms that present with this type of disease. there will be the lack of enough iron to form proper hemoglobin to produce proper RBCs. If this is the case then that means there will be a microcytic hypochromic anemia with presenting symptoms such as fatigue, paleness, etc.
