They try to change the system as per the requirements and don't think much to implement (the procedures are quiet effective) in comparison to Indian Education system.

Thats wat i have observed. Kids in US/Australia get a break of 2 weeks after every 6 weeks or so...
But In India, this is not needed as Kids get lot of holidays for various religious festivals and for the death anniversaries of great people.
