customer service is great. blockbuster seems to have a longer turnaround time than netfix. as i like a large selection to choose from i prefer netflix.

No late fees if I cannot make it to the Redbox. The customer service is good. You can watch movies instantly on your tv,computor,phone,game console. Get your more up to date movies through the mail. Now they need to do like blockbuster and get games.

They still plan on offering movies on DVD in addition to online video streaming. Where as unlike Netflix which wants to eventually do away with DVD discs entirely in order to provide movies via online video streaming. There are several problems with Netflix doing this plan of theirs. First of all their online streaming of movie selections is much less then the amounthey offer on DVD. Second, not everyone can obtain quality bandwidth for high speed internet for one reason or another for streaming video. Third tech experts say there is still not large enough infostructure of network bandwidth setup to handle that kind of volume of video streaming if everone was forced to do it! In other words it would cause a grid lock thus resulting in either a major slowing down of internet traffic or a worse a crash of the internet.
I like to be able to have the access to a movie at any time yet still preserve the quality of the movies by renting the Blurays instead of the instant download. Until compression schemes are better, I'm going to avoid the downloads for premium movies

With blockbuster you can get unlimted movies by mail and unlimted exchanges in the store and they price plans not expensive .
Overall the best with in-store and mailing options. But the stores are closing down.
You can't beat Blockbuster's Total Access deal if you have a store nearby. They also get movies first.
I cannot stream Blockbuster movies because I don't have a compatible device so I use Netflix for streaming.

I enjoy redbox as they are only $1 a movie and have games for $2 the only problem i have found is people creating fake copies of games and then your out $2 unless you want to call redbox and lose 20 minutes of your life.
The reason i picked rebox is cause it's cheaper has better choices in movies and is better to get the whole family toghether all you simply have to do is swipe your card in one of the redbox things and there you go ! not that hard .
