Because I'm from Jamaica and they have all types of beautiful beaches there are black sand beaches and crystal blue waters they sand is soft and is not as hot in the summer so your feet don't hurt and when you kids want to play with people who live there the people are so nice and have the best stories to tell. I believe Jamaica is the best land there is no matter what other people say xD

Jamaica has better beaches.It is softer, cleaner, and when i went to the Bahama's all there sand was covered in stick's and rock's.I am sad to say i slipped and cut my foot on one of the rock's. I still have the bruise! Please go to Jamaica not only for your benefit and enjoyment but also for your safety.I wouldn't ant the same thing that happened to me to happen to you! GO TO JAMAICA!

Oh My Gosh! Please go to Jamaica! You will love it.The price's are great, it isn't to expensive, and it is more natural, i have been to the Bahama's and i must say, it is way to touristy.I mean no disrespect but Jamaica is more beautiful, safe, natural, cheaper, better service and is just the BEST island in the Carribean! And i speak from experience. One Love~ Jamaica

I have selected this option because Jamaica is more beautiful, is safer, is not to touristy, and has more stuff to do than in the Bahama's.I went to the Bahama's twice and hated both stays.I would hear gunshots from my hotel and i found a few dead bugs in the bathtub.Very scary.I have been to Jamaica three times and each time i go it is more pleasant and has much more to do.Also, the Jamaican's are very friendly and have great service.I DEFINETLY Reccomend Jamaica!

Well considering the great information I have been given, my family would like the safest and cheapest place and cheapest and safest way around. The reComparision contributor even said that they got a historic trip for $10! I did other research too and I decided it would be best for my mom, dad, and sister to go to the bahamas. The most important way to explain this are the beaches

Bahamas beaches are the best been all over the caribbean NOTHING LIKE Exuma,Bimini,Cat island eleuthera beaches !!! Bahamas has the clearest water in the world scientifacaly proven and the most colorful turkoise blue water from space !!! THe NASSA HAS PROOVEN IT TOO!!

Amazing beaches : Cap Santa maria in long island,Cancer beach exuma,Lighthouse beach eleuthera, treasure cay beach treasure cay and so on !!!
