Starbucks overrated, CBTL taste better
They still have a strong flavor in every beverage, :)
starbucks is too mainstream
the ice blended drinks have a better flavor since they are made with powder rather that starbucks' syrups which, although good, usually leave an aftertaste.

Better coffee
I believe that it is a lot less crowded and calm. I feel like it is a workstation coffee place in Starbucks. It is a lot more warm, closer, and calmer, just letting your day pass in Coffee Bean
Coffee Bean all the way! More personal service ( which is why CBTL doesn't have drive thru) and less **** atmosphere. Also, Starbucks coffee is over roasted and bitter, Coffee Bean coffee is always smooth and delish! The Holiday Blend is quite possibly the best coffee ever!
Milder coffee taste, as well as a better taste in the actual black coffee itself.

Starbucks drinks taste burnt , like if they have burnt coffee beans . On the other hand Coffee Bean has such a smother and taster

i just love it. The working environment is brighter, the coffee tastes nice, less controversy than starbucks. And starbucks as if likes dimmed light concept. Not suitable for families with children.
Friendly baristas, new concept is modern relax. Beverages and meal choices is better than starbucks. Perhaps some more unique and creative ideas for mechandizes in the future will gather more hearts.
Drinks at CBTL is always worth buying. I admire the turkey panini with melted cheese. (I wish there's beanstro around my living area - longer list of choices.)
Suggestion : It will be nicer if the highlights of the adventure story of coffee bean and tea leaf by the founders serves as wallpaper. Kids even us will love edu interior ideas.
Lattes are consistently well made at CBTL. Lattes at Starbucks are condustentl poorly made and most have little foam and too much milk. That dilutes the flavor and causes me to order an extra shot of espresso.
Coffee Bean's products taste better .
The products feel more natural and there is way better customer service.

Coffee Bean has great seasonal beverages and I've never had any problems customizing by drink, they even have almond coconut milk! Their new cold brew coffee is fantastic and the consistency and texture of the iced blended drinks is far superior to the slightly chunky frappuccinos from Starbucks. The coffee in general is smoother and a bit less roasted than Starbucks blends. One more note, Starbucks does not offer dark chocolate..Coffee Bean does. That being said, I will admit that Starbucks had far superior pastries and food offerings. The coffee Bean really missed the bar on that one. They rely on the fact that all their food is Kosher to generate sales. Unless you are in a community that requires their food to be Kosher...It's not even close to being much of a selling point.

Better flavour of coffee
Starbucks and Coffee Bean coffee are equally awesome. The reason why I chose Coffee Bean, is because whenever I go, I get greeted by my name. They have better customer service than Starbucks
Starbucks always has a burned taste. Pretty icky....have to add too much sugar to stomach drinking it. Even if brewed at home, every variety of Starbucks beans I have tried taste burned.
