Received my last two consulting gigs on Monster.com. I think the site has changed to become very user friendly because it was easier than I remember. DICE is ok but too many companies from India trying to get cheap workers with expiring Visa's I think. At least that's what I have found recently.
Better site for adcancing your career, with much larger footprint and better customer service.
Monster has a broad appeal and is one-stop shop.
because Dice is not doing well anymore. I found Monster is much better now than couple years ago.

Monster is far better at this point. They've changed their interface and it is much more complete.
Dice has its good points, and is the more popular site for technical. What I find amazing though is trying to place jobs through Dice. Their interface is awful, and the options limited. Try to pay online and get a job posted quickly, its near impossible. Especially if you already have an account. You would think a technical career site would have a technically advanced interface. Its like some CS101 people wrote it and they have not upgraded it since. Get with it Dice, give the user the ability to post their jobs and not have to call you like were back in the 80's. I was waiting for them to ask me to fax them the order form.

I wish that both the sites have their importance .
Depending on the need the reviews for the site varies.
dice hasn't worked with firefox or opera for months! it's search interface is buggy and the results are as crappy as amazons
