Stress is the cause of anxiety and it can be treated by removing the stressor
stress is easier to correct with relaxing.. anxiety cannot be corrected that way
because stress can be treated simply by exercising, doing yoga, or meditation. Anxiety is a form of depression and must be treated with medication.
